What data we collect
The data you send us through the quote form, phone, email or WhatsApp: name, phone, email, town and a description of the work.
How we use it
Only to reply to your request, book the site visit and prepare your quote. We do not send marketing without your consent.
Legal basis
Your consent and the pre-contractual steps you request (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
How long we keep it
We keep the data for 12 months after the last contact, unless a contract is signed, in which case the applicable legal periods apply.
Sharing
We never sell or pass on your data. The site is hosted on Cloudflare and form requests are delivered to our inbox through the Resend email service; both act solely on our behalf under data processing agreements with EU standard contractual clauses. Form data is not stored on the website. If you choose to send your request via WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s privacy policy also applies.
Security
All communication with the site is encrypted (HTTPS). The form is protected against automated submissions and only accepts requests made from this website.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to projota.geral@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Portuguese supervisory authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
Cookies and third-party services
This site uses no cookies and no tracking or advertising tools. Fonts, images and videos are served from the site itself, with no requests to third parties. We only keep, in your browser’s temporary storage (sessionStorage), a note that you have already seen the intro animation; it is cleared when you close the tab. Links to Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp only contact those services if you click them.
