Is the quote free?
Yes. We visit the property, listen to what you want and send a detailed quote, with no obligation.
Which areas do you cover?
Braga and neighbouring municipalities such as Guimarães, Barcelos, Vila Nova de Famalicão, Vila Verde, Amares, Póvoa de Lanhoso and Esposende. For projects further away, get in touch.
Can you do just part of the work?
Yes. You can ask us for just the painting, just the bathroom or just the insulation. When a project involves several trades, we coordinate all of them.
How long does a renovation take?
It depends on the size. As a guide, a complete bathroom takes two to three weeks and a whole apartment two to four months. The exact timeline is written into the quote.
How much does a renovation cost?
Size, current condition and chosen materials all affect the price, so we visit before quoting. In the form you can tell us the budget you have in mind and we’ll tailor the proposal to it.
Are materials included?
Whichever you prefer. We can supply all materials or work with the ones you choose. Either way we help you decide, with samples and suggestions.
Can I stay at home during the work?
For partial renovations, often yes. We organise the work by area, protect what isn’t being renovated and tidy up at the end of each day.
Do I need a council permit?
Interior work that doesn’t change the structure or the facade is generally exempt. When a permit is needed, as with ETICS or structural changes, we tell you what’s required.
